USA PATRIOT ACT NOTICE
In accordance with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act signed October 26, 2001, United Americas Bank is required to notify applicants that we will obtain, verify and record information that identifies our new customers and signatories added to any new or existing accounts. When you open an account or apply for a loan, we are now required to obtain and verify your name, date of birth, physical address, and other information that will provide us with a reasonable belief of your true identity. In addition, we will ask to see your driver’s license or other form of unexpired photo identification to confirm your information. In some cases, identification will be requested for those individuals banking with United Americas Bank prior to the effective date of the customer identification requirements because original documentation was not obtained with the opening of the account, or we are unable to form a reasonable belief that we know the true identity of an existing customer.
